Ava is a Yoga Teacher who enjoys finding out where a person is and helping them build a bridge to where they need to go using the building blocks of yoga. This is done through my private and public Yoga classes. Ava enjoys several systems of yoga from the gentle to the more athletic and challenging but when she teaches her yoga classes she prefers a system with an integrated approach that includes practices for both body and mind and which uses a gentle and meditative approach. Ava's system has a strong spiritual and physical aspect. Ava undertakes to do yoga joyfully as she teaches proper alignment of the postures and important breathing techniques.
