I loved filming this DVD which I did on a platform mounted on the very edge of a steep cliff over looking the vast Pacific Ocean. It was so exciting with the sun rising behind me and the ocean waves crashing into the rugged cliffs below me. Filming this DVD was truly an awe inspiring experience for me and I hope watching and following the poses will give you the same sense of awe and wonder. The poses are easy to preform but are selected for their ability to produce give you a very effective overall workout.

The class is one hour and 36 min long, which might seem long for beginners but I always provide time between poses to relax and recover your strength so you will find that it is very easy to follow along even for the first time yoga student.
