The purpose of this class is the same as the Morning DVD but it is a little more relaxed and meditative. This class works on your flexibility and strength, and it will relieve your tension and anxiety while improving your breathing and concentration. This Yoga Class is recommended for beginners up to intermediate level yoga students.

This DVD contains the very best and most effective movements and poses for relieving the tension caused by stress.
